I have a mild case of ED
Been to the urologist, who can't find anything seriously wrong. (no high blood pressure, diabetes, bad circulation, etc.)
Viagra works, but doesn't always last too long. By biggest problem is not getting an erection, but keeping one.

Recently read about l-arginine in another thread and I've taken it for a week, but not effect yet.

    Any advice?

    Thanks!

Look into Ginseng, Ginko Biloba, Lycopene (they are supposedly good for circulation). Also, L lysine is supposed to be great in conjunction with Arginine. I take all of the above (and more) so I can't tell you for sure which does which for the dick).

I find yohimbie at the GNC store gives me powerful erections, (56) and it increases my semen production, sometimes gets me leaking, man I wake up with rock hard woodies in the morning.

Thanks for the replies. I've read up about yohimbe. Sounds like I need to be cautious, but it's worth a try.

    Thanks, guys

I first tried cialis and liked it. A few times, it only helped a little and I was getting frustrated by the 4-hour wait time, if I hadn't planned things in advance.

Viagra (50 mg) kicked in quicker with harder erections.

Yet, over time, it doesn't always work equally well. I wonder if cycling from one to another might be useful.

I was passing a Chinese store and saw Male Tonic advertised for better and longer lasting erections. Asked the guy in store who offered me six pills for ca. USD 50, to take one at least an hour before the expected action. I don't normally have any problem getting it up for one or two pops -I'm average for a man in his 50's I suppose - but wanted to see if I could get harder etc. I tried it out with a new partner, had the hardest erection I've had since my 20's - she described it as huge - and what's better I was able to fuck her for hours in all positions and come 4 times in the process, as did she. In the morning it was again hard for a further pop. One side effect was a slight headache but that could have come from all the hard thrusting and lack of sleep. It was intended as a one off at a business conference but she's keen to meet up again, not surprisingly. I would hate to disappoint her!

Since then I've used a second pill with a different, longer-term, partner with equally satisfactory results and maybe will try it on my wife though I'm sure she will be curious to know what I've been eating! So I recommend this natural remedy. You can find it and different versions of it on the Web, basically they all contain the same Chinese herbs.
