Supplements?

Ok so I do take a lot of stuff but I do some serious lifting

I'm on a strict schedule as to maximize absorption

Protein Isolate
Casein
Creatine
Glutamine
L'arginine
Fish Oil
BCAA
Multivitamin
Lecithin
Pygeum
Zinc

I know it's a lot but I love the way I look and I love feeling horny and some of the supplements increase that feeling while adding to my gains so I put up with the strict regimen.

None. Commercial supplements are shit.
Yep, that's pretty much what I'm thinking also. I've taken several things with No results. 98% of what the body needs you get it in food.
 
I take a couple doses of cottage cheese a day.

Maybe some whey protein that includes at least 5 grams of bcaa's if I'm trying to gain size.

I felt like when I was taking L-arginine daily it really did up my nitric oxcide levels, but who knows.
