I just received 6 or 8 old Gilad DVDs ("Bodies In Motion" on FITTV), plus I used to avidly watch Rick Valente on Bodyshaping (?) on ESPN. I suppose Gilad wears a thong or dance belt. Rick Valente, however, always shocked me with how he and his chiropractor co-instructor got away with VPL pointing at 12 0'clock. Sometimes they seemed to get larger during the episode. I'm curious if anybody in this group was ever a instructor at a large or small chain of fitness centers, and were you ever told EXACTLY how much support you had to wear under tights?
