And now you're trying the same thing in this thread, on an issue that is completely trivial.(the meaning of the phrase 'sustain a filibuster'. Really? THAT is what you want to argue about?) All this is doing is revealing that you participate in discussions where you don't know what you're talking about, to the point that you don't even know the meaning of words and phrases that you utilize. How can anyone appreciate your ideas, when you make it clear that you can't even convey those ideas in an intellectually honest manner?
