Sorry for the gross factor, but it's hot here and my ass tends to get sweaty on hot days, often to the point of soaking through my pants. This is embarrassing. I don't wear underwear, and I think that it would just make things worse, anyway, by trapping heat in that area. My balls sweat a lot, too, but the ass sweat is what is noticeable from the outside.

I'm a bit overweight at the moment (trying to change that...), but I've had this issue since I was a kid and was of normal height/weight. This is not exactly a fun thing to ask the doctor about, so I haven't.

Does anyone else have this issue, and if so what is the fix?

Have the same problem here. When working outside in the summer heat, my butt sweats so much that my pants are soaked. The shape of my buns is clearly visible with the two huge wet spots. I have no idea what to do about it, other than changing into dry pants.

I often suffer with betty swollocks / swamp nuts, especially in warm weather like right now, and to date, have never seen anything that helps enough, but this Gold Bond looks interesting, and similar to a product range in the UK, called Lanacane (Save on Lanacane Medicated Body Powder - UK Next Day Delivery), which is very common.

Also found the following, whilst looking for a Lanacane pic, and seams to be a specialist product for just this problem: Zeasorb Powder | Excess Sweating | Only £4.59 | Pharmacy2U

Think I may give the second link a shot and see if it helps.

Maybe it's time to wear cotton underwear. Fruit of the Loom tend to be a bit thicker than Hanes, IMO.

Try to not stress over it. I sweat my ass off like nasty, I have went to waring boxer shorts under light weight pants and sometime no underwear at all! If you are going to sweet you going to sweet its life, I shower and cool off as often as I can as not to stink. As for sweaty balls would love to be sucking a nice pair of sweaty balls and well hung cock right now!

Botox. Don't laugh, it totally works. I used to pit out a t-shirt or soak through khaki cargo shorts in minutes. Had a few treatments, went bone-dry, tried going without and now I just sweat a "normal" amount.

Find a good cosmetic dermatologist and pony up a few hundred bucks - it's worth it.

I have that problem all the time, no matter the weather. I've used gold bond a couple times and it helps, but it started to irritate my skin. I wear dark colored pants or jeans whenever possible, and often two pairs of underwear to absorb it before it soaks through my pants.

I had a friend with a bad sweating problem, but it was with his hands. His hands would drip so much sweat that a puddle of sweat would form on the ground beneath his hands. He resolved it by going to an accupuncturist. Maybe accupuncture might work for you. Its worth a shot.

ass and balls sweat buckets - try baby powder - I used gold bond for a while but the medication can be too strong and irritate the skin - just plain old store brand baby powder is better for me for everyday and lots cheaper too.

that reminds me - you don't want to use the powder if you think you might be hooking up - no one wants a mouth full of baby powder

I've had a bit of a problem with this in the warm weather. You may not be able to prevent it, but you can do some maintenance. You can baby powder your butt after a morning shower. Wear the most absorbent natural fiber underwear you can (cotton) (I reread your OP and see that you don't wear underwear. You might want to consider it at least during the day when at work or involved in other activities away from home, but then again I don't have a problem with wearing underwear). When using the restroom at work, use disposable bathroom wet wipes made for this purpose instead of toilet tissue. This seems to make for better freshness and hygiene overall with the problem of the perspiration. You might also try wiping down your whole butt with these kind of wipes a couple of times a day.

I know that there are prescription liquid anti-perspirants for excessive sweating. Maybe one of those is appropriate for this area of the body. The point is, don't be embarrassed to ask the doctor about it. There might be a remedy, and he's a doctor. Nothing personal to you, but why do people have such shame issues around their bodies?

It doesn't matter how much powder is put back there mhy ass still gets wet. I've found that if take half a kleenex and fold it and the line the kleenex with my hole and ass crack for about 4" it stops my cheeks from sweating. When you take a dump you already have a little pre-wipe-but then replace with new toiletpaper or kleenex. It works and it beats getting all moist back there.
