In general, it seems like the men of the British Isles, Iberia, and the Balkans tend to be on the small side among Europeans. The Finns also seem to be conspicuously small in comparison with their (allegedly gay according to Finnish popular rumor) Swedish and Estonian neighbors.

Ha ha - to be honest I think the survey is really not a big indicator of size, unless you measure the entire male population of each country and average that. The are only averages I suppose and don't take into account the differences in the biggest and smallest in each country. Italy is way up there in the large stakes, and yet one of the smallest I've ever been with was Italian.

As for England my home country - I've experienced big and very little.

Guys stop being so obsessed with penis size and nationality - the only land of guaranteed size is Ann Summers and the like!

The Netherlanders have presented the median length in this survey. It's mildly interesting that the Slavic folks all have clustered just under the median length:

Note that the Slavs still cluster together even when the list has been sorted according to girth:
