The fleshy part that connects the head to the shaft is swollen on the left side. Like, really swollen. It doesn't look discolored or anything though, and it doesn't hurt at all, not even to the touch. I'm just wondering if you guys have experienced this before. Should I go to the doctor?

Did you injure yourself, or did the swelling just appear out of nowhere? Do you have a foreskin?
I don't have a foreskin and I don't think injured myself. I feel like it would probably hurt if I'd injured myself. I guess that depends on what counts as an injury. I masturbate about 4 times a day and it's not unusual for me to have minor abrasions, but this has been the case for years and I've never experienced this.

If the swelling just started today, I would wait a few days. If it doesn't go down by then, you should see a doctor. Good luck!

In the mean time put some ice on it, pop a Benadryl, and apply some analgesic creme for sensitive skin.
