hjack: I am a grower (7x6.5, not huge but nicely thick) not a shower- any recommendations for underwear or swimwear than can -ahem- help show off what I do have when I am soft?

Hey dude. I´m a grower too. Surfing the net I found this
http://www.sextoyunlimited.com/disprod.asp...ber=se1395-03-3

I didn´t try it yet (I´m not in the US). If you decide to buy it, let me know if it works.

Interesting but it looks like a device that provides a little more help than I would like. I would really just like some undies that put everything front and center.

Undergear's countour line is great!.... I am also a big fan of CK's

They keep everything in just the right place and always front and center...even in cold water

Well I really couldn't remember the particular brand, but when I was on the swim team in high school some of the practice speedos the issued us were pretty decent for holding everything in place.

One particular pair happened to accentuate my endowments a little more than necessary, and earned me a nickname from the girls team...

Well, if they actually issued you a Speedo, then the brand was Speedo. Speedo is a brand name, not a style of swimsuit.

kleenex, xerox, speedo... sad, hunh ?

Speedo was the brand issued when I was in private (military) school. When I was in Catholic school, there was no swim team because they'd have to admit that men had bulges <sarcasm> and in public school it was speedo-style but don't recall the brand. Didn't swim in college, that was just track so no idea what they issued and unfortunately never got a chance to inspect one of them up close

:D

Don't forget Whirlpool, IBM, Polaroid, and Nintendo.
As far as I know, Polaroid is the only brand of instant camera available. Who calls PCs "IBMs" anymore? And Whirpool and Nintendo.... Sorry jonb, but I think the first examples were a bit better

Back on topic though....

I'd agree with BRMSTN69. Boardshorts (please don't wear underwear with them) would be a good idea. Make certain they fit well, because there can be varying results. I'd also suggest squarecuts because you said you're fairly thick (even when soft?) and the effect can be compounded, as KinkGuy will corroborate, if you have big balls (or at least balls that appear more 'full' if that makes sense, as opposed to low hangers.

Color makes a difference of course. Lighter colors will show the contours better and can become almost transparent when wet :D while darker colors show little contour.

Can't comment on ruston's recommendation because I haven't tried any of the swimwear from Undergear or CK.

suaige: There are some form of underclothing that may work for suit that have pouches and access holes to pull things forward and up.

Good point, suaige. I had an ex who'd wear a cock ring under his squarecuts. I've never been a big fan of wearing them, but for a lot of guys they do have the effect of lifting up and forward, much the way you describe the shorts.

I like Bjorn Borg Underwear. Tight boxers. They keep my tools at the right place and give them space to move. Other brands I've tried didn't please me. After a few hours they stretched out arround my legs. Balls and cock hanging out isn't pretty. Especially when you're sitting on an officechair.
I don't often swim in my country, but if I do I use a tight boxer style swimsuit. I don't mind showing my tools. Even not when everything is pressed together because of the cold water. In the summer, when we're camping in France I use speedo-tyle because in most french swimmingpools you're not allowed to use boxer-style swimsuits. The speedo is a choice between showing everything and getting a nice-tanned skin. With a (tight) boxershort I keep a white bottompart and white upperlegs. That's why I prefer a nude beach or my own garden.

Like most CK stuff and also Undergear Contour collection. Some 2xist styles as well. For swimwear I like aussiebum (like Speedo but better cut, styling, etc.).

i reckon this is pretty fucking lame, like girls stuffing bras. deception for the sake of deception?
Yes it's deception for the sake of deception
And I shouted some in-ter-jec-tions

Bite me! I don't need that. Damn! There's a market for everything. PLONK! Who cares? I've got plenty down there.

Interjections (Bite me!) show excitement (Damn!) or emotion (PLONK!)
They're generally set apart from the sentence by an exclamation point
(Well, some people really are that desperate.)
Or by a comma when the feeling's not as strong

Wake up with a boner and no one to share with Jonb?

Now seriously, I usually use some of the old posing suits/swimwear I used some odd yrs ago. It's very form fitting, and it shows off great it without any strain or necessity of adjustment.
