Id have the dinner on a glamorous private yacht (probably the Pelorus) floating off Miami, have Gordon Ramsay to do the cooking, flowers by Steve Woodhams, entertainment organised by Liz Brewer, celeb appearances by Madonna, Sting and Elton John with menu options sent in advance so people could choose what they wanted to eat, and I would fly everyone in by private jet and helicopter. Personalised gifts for all attendees
