As a lifelong football/futbol, and American football fan, I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am about this. Try dealing with the NJ Sports & Exposition authority who have banned nearly 15 members of my supporters group this year for bullshit like this.

I am 100% against suspicionless searches including: pat downs such as mentioned above, police highway sobriety "checkpoints", the so-called "random" airport security pat downs and strip searches, arbitrary drug testing of student athletes, mandatory fingerprinting, and email/cell phone/banking surveillance.

I wonder if this federal judge's ruling this has implications for TSA airport searches.

Security Guard: Pardon me, sir, but is that an explosive device you are carrying under your shirt?

    Suicide Bomber: No!

Security Guard: Okay, sorry to have bothered you. Enjoy the game.
