Bros, lots of us are isolated and riding out the Covid isolation alone.

If you have friends on this board, now is the time to stop lurking and reach out. Take time today and send 5 bros a shout out of encouragement. You don't know what kind of impact it's gonna make.

I've been reaching out to my friends and tricks on Grindr and other sites. The guys I chatted with were all staying home and waiting before they went out. I let them know that after we make it through this we will be having fun again.

At least I have been reaching out to some friends, and they have all been pretty well. Except a lifelong friend who hasn't answered back and per his social media activity, he sadly seems to be going through a crisis, moments in which he usually does this of not answering :/

glad to hear most of your friends have been ok but shows the reason to be reaching out to friends at this time if you have a mate who is going through a tough time - keep reassuring him and reaching out, just letting him know you're there for him will help him i'm sure. I hope he comes through it and out the other side ok.

Excellent points thus far. I would add that reaching out to some folks that we have not interacted with before could also be very beneficial. In particular, I’m thinking of those members who have disclosed in this forum that they are lonely or isolated or perhaps very shy. Members have shared tremendous pain in some of their posts; we now have the opportunity to acknowledge them and help to endure that this isolation that has been thrust on us does not increase their emotional pain.
With Songwriter John Prine’s recent death, it reminds me of his song ‘ Hello In There’.
