I fucking hate the RRHOF. They basically art/prog-rock and metal while accepting non-rock acts like ABBA and Grandmaster Flash. They also consistently pass over lesser-known, albeit influential, artists/producers/what-have-yous in favor of big-name acts so they can have a big draw for the induction ceremony.

Bands from that are in the RRHOF: ABBA, Grandmaster Flash, RUN-DMC, Miles Davis, Madonna

Bands not in the RRHOF (but deserving): Yes, Rush, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Moody Blues, ELO, ELP, KISS (as much as I hate them), King Crimson, Gentle Giant, Uriah Heep, The Sonics
