Actually I am pretty successful at having sex with people who comply with everything that I ask for. We also take Zithromax powder to clear off any possible exposure to Chlamydia which is very prevalent in the US and hard to detect. It causes infertility while you have no symptoms.
My requirements cut down the risks a great deal.
