The thing with being short and hung, is that it looks HUUUUUUUGE on you, whereas being tall and small, it looks REALLY small.

Even if you put an decently average sized 6" dick on a 6'5 guy and it will look like a 5" or a 4" depending on his body bulk, but put a large but by no means huge 7" on a skinny 5'3 guy and it'll look like an 8" or a 9".
