I read a lot of threads and notice that many people have encounter taller people over 6'5" have smaller penises. I mean most of the smaller ones come from people who are 6'7" and up? You don't hear that tall people always have the biggest one. While I wouldn't say a person who is 6'7" or taller with an 8 inch penis is endowed...
He probably is endowed compared to the population but could pocess a bigger one related to body size.

But I see commnets like " He was like 6'7" but had a tiny penis" maybe they expect more ... so, I guess it would be the same thing a smaller guy with an 8 incher.

What do you think. If you have seen a few tall guys, in majority are they small?

Being tall has nothign to do with endowment size. Ya either got it or ya don't. I agree with the statement that it a normal or above average endowment could look smaller on a larger person not just height. No, tall men do not have smaller penises. They only appear to be smaller because of your visual perception as you take in their whole body.

I don't care how tall you are if you have an 8"+ penis you are hung!

Out of all the studies that have tried to find correlation between ears, hands, feets, wrists, or whatever, the only body part that correlates somewhat with penis size is height. However, this is useless for considers someone abnormally tall like 6'5"+. I think it would be quite odd for someone that height to have a 4-incher.

I'm 6'3" and my penis looks big on me.

I do wonder about the perception thing though, usually any woman will tell me it is quite big before she attempts to get it all in her mouth.

I don't think it makes a salient difference. Think about it and do the math. If you were a full 7 feet tall, and had an enormous 10" cock (which looks way bigger than most on this site seem to think)... that would be 12% of your body length. If you were a relatively diminutive 5'9"... and had the same cock... it would still only be a bit over 14% of your total body length. Even with this sizable difference in body size, the member itself might appear only about 16% bigger if the body was the only point of comparison, and as a total percentage of the body length, it would be a pretty piddly probably non-salient difference.

Sorry but I don't agree with that. Large dicks on average and short guys really look bigger in proportion with their body. I'm 6-5 tall and my dick is 8x6 . My dick don't look small by any means but my dick don't look the way it does with smaller guys . The porn industry cast relatively short guys for that reason . 5-8 and under guys with a 8 inch dick give the impression in movies that they are 9-10 inches long . Most dicks in the porn industry are in the 8 inch range but most seem bigger because of that.
