UPDATE: I wrote OF support and told them the story and I said that they don't want to have people on their platform who are dishonest. I sent all the screenshots of chats for proof. They said that it must be frustrating, but that they could not refund because I paid more than 90 days ago. But, they said that they would contact Jake to tell him to deliver what he had promised, and they said I should write him one more time.
I wrote Jake and told him that I contacted OF support. His tone was different this time (he must have received notice from them), but he didn't want to do everything he originally promised. I thought I would try to show that I'm not a jerk and that I am a reasonable person (I am aware he is annoyed that people are leaking his work). So, I said that he didn't have to do one thing in particular that he didn't want to do--the one thing he said he didn't feel comfortable doing--but that I'd like for everything else we agreed upon.
In the end, he finally sent two short videos. They were not exactly what we agreed upon, but at this point, after months of tense exchanges, they are the best I could probably expect. They were certainly NOT worth the $200 he charged for the original deal, but at least he sent SOMETHING.
