I know! It sounds horrible! Like a terrifying additive! But this is actually a cool, natural ingredient with many uses that you could apply and not have any bad effects.


Add to eggs! No more brown omelettes!

A few spoonfuls to soup! Makes it richer and have better body!

It "de-fats" recipes by isolating the lipids and allowing them to be added (or avoided) as one chooses! I experiment with it often and like the weirdness of an ingredient that encourages options!
