I've seen some very pretty filigree patterns mixed with stylized leaves and flowers done in a very pale blue ink.
It extended from a point mid outside thigh and extended over her hip and spilled out to almost reach her belly button.
It certainly had the WOW factor on her milky white skin.

I thought the link would lead to an article on henna tattoos or the like but it just lead to the same question being asked elsewhere. Useful.
If it's going to take the same time and pain of a real tattoo but only last a week you can keep it.
If it's just going to magically appear or be painted on I'd go for full body tribal art including the face. If it's going to be gone in a week might as well have fun with it, right?
