This weekend I saw a guy with tattoos on both arms and one in particular soot out as this is the second guy I've seen with the following:

Where these particular tattoes were - right above where the thumb and first finger is - for example, take a bottle of can and hold it. The tattoo would be right in the curved so does this mean ( or hope to imply ) their cock is that big? Surely not.
