Tattoos: Can one go overboard?

I have an employee, just the sweetest person in the world, and in the 3 years she has worked for me, she has gone from having these really sexy little strategic tats to being almost covered with them. Its visually distracting now. She has/had a striking figure and did lot of bikini shows/calendars but now you really can't see it.

Is this an eye of the beholder circumstance?

Its called carving and is an extension of body "enhancement" many African tribes have done this on a lesser scale for hudreds of years. it follows on from such delights as Branding and Scarification. I actually think the finished article shows great skill, I have concerns about proper wound care and hygiene though. If that thing gets infected i hope she isn`t living in the UK. The last thing the NHS needs is some silly bitch costing them a fortune after having this done on purpose.

I think it depends on the person. I don't have any tattoos, but I really like them, as long as they aren't bad ones. I don't necissarily like them all over on a girl, but on a man it can be sexy.

I have seven tattoos. I think it's an "eye of the beholder" situation. I love tattoos. Very rarely have I looked at someone with a lot of tattoos and thought it was unattractive... those situations have only occurred when I personally thought the tattoos themselves were ugly, or when the tattoos were really old and badly in need of a touch-up.
