I'm sure I'm not the only one here with them. When I get a camera I can post them.

But anyway, I just got my first one finished yesterday. It hurt like a biatch thouugh since it had so much detail.

It's a picture of Bennu ( the Egyptian version of the Phoenix ).

http://www.bennu-kheper.com/BennuKheper.jpg ( that exact picture in that size)

...with this african pattern arranged around it in such a manner that they would be the three points of a triangle if they were connected by lines.

http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a73/Boldnblondie/AfricanPatternCircle2_color-600x594.png ( but all three are about the size of a 50 cent peice )

...and carpe diem written under it in what would be a about a 10 font on this site...

and I'm thinking about getting a triquetra on my upper back, but not colored in so that "...and death shall have no dominion..." (like the Dylan Thomas poem) can be written inside the circle in about the same font these letters are being typed in

Anybody else got any tattoos ?

I have two tattos. I'm thinking of getting a third one--most likely an ankh.

I've definitely considered getting one, but just haven't had the drive to spend the required dough to get a really good artist to do one for me yet. Plus, there's a stigma against them in Japan, so that makes it a little harder.
