my dad taught me how to put on a condom after he caught me spilling my load while masturbating.
he bought me a pack of 12 condoms and he showed me how to put them on by putting one on 2 fingers. i didnt get much of a sex talk or wasnt really explained what they are for. he mainly said about the mess with masturbating and wanking into a condom avoids its.
but obviously putting a condom on your fingers is different to your penis so i kinda really taught myself.

Firstly gently suck the teat into your mouth and squash the teat with your tongue against the roof of your mouth and just behind your top front teeth (this pushes all the air out of the teat which is important). Pin the teat there with pressure from your tongue tip and the roll of the condom is resting against your lips.
Make sure the roll is facing up rather than down or it won't work.

Place the condom on the head of the penis and gently but firmly push the roll down using your lips.
Once you start you can let of of the teat with your tongue.
Essentially your deep throating him and using your lips to roll the condom down his shaft all the way to his balls.

I found starting the condom right side in was much harder in a dark car than it was shown in class. (Also if you use the right amount of force, you can unroll a condom in reverse without tearing it....that puts the lube and spermicide on the inside, though...) i still make this mistake, i be in the much rush to get a condom on so i could get on with business that i dont even think if what way i put it on. sonetimes i dont even roll the condom all the way to base, insert in the ass kinda does that for me anyway so why waste time. but i have only been a top a few time the main reason i put on condoms is to prevent mess when i come when im a bottom. this is what my dad taught me when he caught me at the point of no return masterbating in my room and making a mess all over myself lol
