I first experienced blooming teas in Beijing. Cool stuff.

I also keep a supply of pearl Jasmine tea from RenTen Tea in case I'm feeling blegh.
Very nice. I like TenRen, too! They sell good bubble tea, as well.
I've never thought of mixing my own teas, but I might have to do that! I've always loved tea but never thought of doing this. Will you let me know how the Earl Grey with lavender comes out? I smell some tea shopping in my future.
You know, even though I have all the ingredients, I still haven't gotten around to trying this concoction? I completely forgot!
Somewhat off-topic, but I'm a recent convert to "vaping," which is the use of an electronic cigarette. E-cigarettes use flavored liquids (vegetable glycerin, propylene glycol, or a blend), and there are a wide variety of flavors beyond tobacco and menthol. I quite like black tea flavored e-liquids--they taste like a good, yummy tea, but the flavor also has a really nice floral quality.
I love vaping! Where do you get the black tea flavor from?

Something about the smell of straight camomile makes me gag a bit ('bout the only thing that does).

Celestial Seasons Sleepytime Tea = sweet dreams for me and tastes great.

That is half chamomile! It's the mint mixed in that tames it.

For a nice herbal I like raspberry- or blackcurrant-leaf. Also in France picked up the taste for vervain, which is hard to find in USA. They are much milder than mint.

Oh helgaleena, thank you. You've just reminded me of a previous love for vervain tea. I bought a huge bag of fresh leaves in France a few years ago and loved it. It's a rare type of herbal tea as it has health benefits and tastes as good as it smells.

Another favourite herbal tea is fennel.

Currently I'm getting most of my flavors and supplies from Vapors Etc., but I want to start trying some other brands. I've heard that Eastmall sells black tea flavored e-liquid, and I'll bet some other vendors do, too.

Vapors Etc.

I also recommend Xmas orange (it's like Celestial Seasonings orange spice) and vanilla bourbon.

I have spent several weeks doing my bit to drink all the tea in China. Coming home, I have to say that I am finding my usual brands extremely disappointing by comparison.

Coffee, for once.

Can't beat a bog-standard brekkie tea, or de-caff tho. :)
