Tear in foreskin

There is tear on my foreskin that hurts. It’s a red spot that is having a hard time healing since it’s in the movable part. What can I do to heal it taking into account that I need to retract it to shower and stuff.

I have had this problem on occasion. I make sure to apply antibiotic ointment often (reapplying after the shower) until it heals. Good luck.

Germolene antiseptic cream, the pink stuff and wank very carefully for a time, not stretching the foreskin too much in either direction, or touching the tear. Silly question, but how did it tear? Is it just friction from vigorous wanking, or an actual rip, or split? And where on the foreskin? Maybe try wanking with the other hand, or adjusting your grip or intensity of pull... Antiseptic cream should do the trick in a few days.

It was after sex. A little tear on the inside of the foreskin. Sometimes inflammation makes it bigger. It’s like it was just on top of a vein.

All of the above are good advice. I also try vaseline overnight sometimes.

I really don't think you have very much to worry about, but do keep an eye on it an keep up the cream till its fully healed. Good luck.

try to avoid getting a boner/jerking off where possible to avoid constantly re-opening the wound and ensure to keep the area as sterile as possible. the genital area heals quite quickly so it should be a non-issue in no time
