I just got back from shopping in San Francisco. Found a teardrop cockring at a place in SOMA and bought it.
Came home and put it on. I love it! Had to remove one of my Guiche piercings so it would not be in the way of the teardrop. So far it is grat!

There are several threads about using cockrings over the years and how to get started. You would probably want to work you way up from a leather strap to a thin metal one and then to a more serious size. Basically, you want to make certain that your cock has an adequate blood supply and is not turning cold or numb. Sizing matters which is why starting out with a leather adjustable strap helps you determine a comfortable diameter.

In general, you don't wear them for more than a few hours. At times, I have worn them for days, - that was after several months of getting used to them and knowing one's body rhythms.

The teardrop cock ring represents my fourth. I bought it after 5 years of wearing metal cockrings.
