No offense taken. Historically, there have been some Pisceans that have had mental issues.

As a Piscean, I can tell you we tend to be creative thinkers or as my father put it "Flaky Artsy Types". Pisceans usually gravitate to the arts and have a strong sense of charity.

At keast this has been my experience.

I am a Pisces and I take umbrage. :suspect:

No I don't, I just always wanted to say that.

What's strange is that I have many people that say "You're a Pisces." :33:

:boggled:

But yeah, I'm more than a bit on the creative side, it's one of the things I make my living at, (2nd, 3rd, 4th slideshows on left) and when I'm passionate about something, I tend take it further than others. Also, a little self-demeaning or self-destructive or self-sabatoging as well. Or just harder on myself than I need to be.

Anything else, I don't know, I feel these character traits are all interchangeable with other Zodiac Signs when different words are used to describe similar quirks. Then again, what do I know.....

Emotionally sensitive and sometimes volatile, daydreamers, fantastical, vivid imaginations, strong intuition that borders on the psychic or the supernatural -- ruled by Neptune -- at home in the water -- moody, subversive -- best mate is a Taurus. (Not exactly. I dated a Taurus. We didn't make it past three months.)

No offense taken. Historically, there have been some Pisceans that have had mental issues. Really? Like who?
As a Piscean, I can tell you we tend to be creative thinkers or as my father put it "Flaky Artsy Types". OMG! We have the same father! Pisceans usually gravitate to the arts and have a strong sense of charity. At least this has been my experience.

Emotionally sensitive and sometimes volatile, daydreamers, fantastical, vivid imaginations, strong intuition that borders on the psychic or the supernatural -- ruled by Neptune -- at home in the water -- moody, subversive -- best mate is a Taurus. I thought the best mate for a Taurus female was a Capricorn male  . . . I used to be heavy into astrology believe it or not. The most reliable astrologers as I recall were Sidney Omarr and Linda Goodman. Her Love Signs book is spot on! Mine is in storage, but I found some info via google that would have helped you. The descriptiopn for the taurus female left out a few things but describes me to a T.

Naughty, hope this helps.
Pisces (February 19 - March 19)
At first glance, you may find yourself fascinated with a Pisces. They are usually gentle and have a softness about them, essentially living in a world of dreams and romance. Along with their sensitive and mysterious qualities, their psychic intuition usually leads them through life.
They have a tendency to fall in love easily and can have several love affairs until finding the right match. To stay in a continuous relationship, they need to have their emotional needs met, along with a feeling of security. Adaptable to almost any situation and all sorts of people, you may find the Pisces to be a real charmer.

To win points with the Piscean, compliment them on their appearance, or flatter them regarding something they have done. Additionally, if you're the sentimental type, you will be on your way into a fulfilling relationship. If you're thoughtful, kind, and affectionate, in return, you may find yourself richly awarded with devotion. However, if you constantly criticize or have a tendency to be unfaithful with your devotion, you may want to keep looking. They will find this behavior intolerable and definitely unacceptable.

Pisces will do almost anything for someone they care about. Once they commit to a person, they will give all their time, effort, and energy to them.

Their interests fall in the arts and in stimulating conversation. These often artistically talented individuals love topics on mysticism, spiritualism and the supernatural. Pisces love to expound and explain their point of view, however, if you don't agree, be gentle.

This sensitive zodiac sign, doesn't appreciate rejection or someone that takes a completely negative approach to life. They are also great listeners and their sympathy is mostly genuine.

Once they have found a stable, passionate, and tender partner, they will relinquish their uttermost passion and devotion to them exclusively. They won't even mind if the person makes most of the decisions that are to be made. As an attentive, compassionate and romantic lover, they will surely fulfill your spiritual and physical needs.

Once content in emotional security, this vulnerable sign of the zodiac, will look no further.

My inquiring mind needs to know. I have been hearing that they can be somewhat eccentric bordering on insane.... No insult intended for any Pisces on the board. I just need to know!

Insanity is judged only by the majority... what i know is Im tall funny and i am level headed, not always minded but headed

To answer NJQT, we did not have the same dad unless he drove a 76 Chevy Impala Brougham with an 8 track, wore double knit poly suits, and samba'd round the house to Mongo Santamaria.

As for famous Pisceans, would it hurt you to Google now and again? Must I do ALL your dirty work? :suspect:

I will say I am honored to share my birthday with Sir Rex Harrison. As for this list, all I will say is that with genius and creativity often comes demons. I see a few on here I would term as somewhat "reality challenged", but you decide.

Uh.... I'm a Pisces. Does it show at all?

I share my birthday, the 10th, with Osama bin Laden, James Earl Ray (not an actor, but an assassin), Prince Edward, and Chuck Norris!

I'm a 12th house Pisces with Pisces rising and the moon in Libra. Plus I'm right brained.

I'm also Pisces. And let me tell you that "eccentric" is just another word for crazy. Though, I revel in being eccentric.

My moon sign is Pisces, artistic, extremely generous, and a bit unstable. My sun sign is Leo though, that's also artistic to some degree, generous too especially with money and with guests, and also has a temper. So Piscean or Leonine, it all seems to work consistently with me.
