This device is like all the other Extenders on the Market.. the only difference is that they provide more bars, reaching ten inches, that you would have to add up as the length of your penis increases..

Stretching and jelqing are very different.

Extenders are worn for long periods of time... maybe 1-12 hrs depending on comfort and your own tolerance level. Its much like hanging, but A) its not as hardcore and B) less presure, but used for a longer time period.

Jelqing works more on the girth, but also affects length. Ive tried jelqing for a short while and think it really does help. Gona try an extender soon too WITH jelqing and see what happens over a period of upto 6 months. Have always been curious to see if both would work. If i could get somewhere between 7.5 & 8, id be VERY impressed!!
