Testical pain as a result of masturbation?

I was going to post this in the other thread about testical pain, but this is from a different perspective so I started a new thread.

Several years ago I went to the doctor complaining about my right testical hurting. He looked at my testicals, felt arounnd a bit, and then told me that the pain I felt was common among men who masturbated a lot. Pretty embarrassing.

Well, several years later, my right testical hurts again. I masturbate maybe once a day, which doesn't seem like that much to me.

Has anyone else heard of this? Why would masturbating make your balls hurt?

Interesting, I am experiencing the same pain right now. I jerk off twice a day (once in the morning and then after work) and for a couple of days it was pretty significant pain. My Dr told me the same thing but the pain did not subside when I stopped masturbating.

When I was a teen I remember my balls hurting after I started jerking off. It then stopped hurting. Sometimes after fucking roughly my balls hurt a bit after & I ask my partner(s) for some licks on the sore hanging boys.
When I jerk off alone I am very rough and aggressive and work my cock very hard then I cum. My jerk off sessions are about 15 minutes total. I support my balls with my left hand sometimes as I work my cock with my right. I just feel the need to do that sometimes so my nuts don't ache after.
If you have serious pain in one ball I'd go get a second opinion. Balls are delicate however, they should be able to withstand a daily jerkoff without being painful.

PS When I went to the doctor he looked at my shaved balls and commented that he has seen an increase in cleanly shaved nuts.

Funny comment from the doctor.

My masturbation practice may have something to do with it. One of my favorite things to do is play with my balls while jerking off. I usually tug on them, actually. Maybe I'm tugging too hard.

As with about 70% of Americans, I have no health insurance. I could see a doctor about this, though. But it seems a hell of a bother for such a trivial problem. I mean, "Hey, am I beating off too much? Take a look at my balls."

The only thing I was concerned about was that it may be prostate cancer. But I'm in my early 30s, and I don't think this is a symptom anyway.

Thanks.

Thanks, bro. The thing is, I went to the doctor about this years ago. In fact, I went to TWO doctors, and they told me it was no problem and would go away. It did go away. Only to come back years later. So, I'm just biding my time. I think it may be partly related to underwear being too tight.

I think you may want to look up "epididymitis" - especially if the pain seems to come from the back or top of your testicle. It's an inflammation of a part of the testicle. It can be chronic and recurring and has any number of causes. Many times there is no obvious reason for the inflammation & pain. If you've had this pain for years and there's no other obvious reason like overly vigorous masturbation or sex you need to have your a doc refer you to a urologist. Emergency room docs see nut pain cases often and are sometimes a great way to go. There are a lot of different reasons for nut pain but most of them are short-term/accute.

I have the chronic version of it but I've been pain-free with no flare-ups for well over a year now. Woohoo!

I suppose it could be a cause, depending on how you masturbate, but I have masturbated (usually) twice a day for decades and there were only two periods in my life when I had testicular pain unassociated with physical trauma.

The first was when I took Finasteride (generic form of Propecia) to augment Monoxidyl and keep more of my hair. I am among the 2-3% who experience side-effects of the drug and, while it worked, I stopped taking it and the pain went away. This was a low-level ache, however, and quite livable. The real reason I gave it up was that it made erections more difficult.

The second reason was a kidney stone. While it was nowhere near my testicles, the pain was both excruciating and centered right there. A urologist I consulted said that the stone was irritating a nerve from the testicles (sounds odd, but the urologist said that the distribution of nerves routed similarly in men and women, even though our genitalia differ). When I passed the stone, the pain went away.

Is your pain constant, or does it go away for days then suddenly return?

Last week I was watching this great porno (Swim Meat 2) and was jerking for close to 2hrs when my balls started HURTING so bad! So I jerked fast and got off figuring the pain would go away.......well after busting in my eye
( ) The pain was still there so after going to bed, I had to jerk off one more time and the pain pretty much went away.......hurt like a bitch though!

Jeffin... you took the words right out of my mouth. Even a small stone which sometimes passes quickly will give the testicular pain. I have very large stones, largest of which was an 18mm that they shattered. The testicle pain was what finally made me go to the hospital. I hate to say it Ganymede but suck up the cost and go to the damn doctor. I had no health insurance at the time either, it costs me about $22,000.00 bucks when it was all said and done. my kidney had shut down for 8 weeks, and my intestines stopped working as well. The pain left me immobilized for 10 weeks, while I sucked down 4500 mg of vicodan every 3 hours. I gained 15 pounds of water bloat and about 30 pounds of fat. I still have issues I have a 9 mm stone they are waiting for me to pass, so I still have the recurring pain, BUT with kidney stones you usually have some to all of the following, pain in your lower back, a dull ache in the area outside of the kidney, stiffness, skin that burns, abdominal pain both in the diapragm area, and / or in the pubic area, and the overwhelming desire to move your bowels with no success, BUT sometimes you have none of these symptoms...GO TO THE DAMN DOCTOR.
