I've never really seen it as a problem just makes me rather peculiar. When I am either wanking or having sex my scrotum normally tightens up, all of this is normal, however it leaves no room for my balls at certain points so I would say about 75% of the time my balls end up in my abdomen, much like how undecesended testicles are. I can push em down and force them back in the scrotum but most of the time I leave them there.

I thought this was / is completely noraml? I can pop mine up there and leave them there for days at a time if I want. It would take vigorous swimming or kick boxing to have them fall down again without assistance. They often disappear upwards before cumming and I have to remember to return them to where they belong!

I've seen this lots, it doesn't happen to me, but a few guys I've had sex with over the years their balls would tighten until their testicles popped back up inside them, especially when they were cumming. I've seen in Porn a lot too.

^^Those testes would actually be within the pelvic region of the body. And yes, the scrotal contraction is normal. I found this explanation for that phenomenon most amusing:
