I'm a the gym at last 3 days week, run about 10 miles a week, and eat right. I used to do a lot of running but the knees complained. I play street hockey with some younger friends when I get a chance.

This brings up a great point ... I'm very thankful for my health. But if you talk to someone with money but in bad health, they'll give almost anything to be healthy again.

Good health is maybe the biggest form of prosperity and abundance there is.
