In the interest of getting this thread back on track...
The first one is obviously an incorrect measurement. The ruler is on the side not on top, and its angled down sharply. It is easy to see how the inches get relatively shorter as the number of inches increases. Not saying its a fake ruler, its just pointed towards the floor so the lower numbers are closer to the camera than the higher numbers.
The second one is also an incorrect measurement because he is seated and pushing his erection down, so its parallel to his legs rather than perpendicular to his body. That adds length, you can try it yourself and see how much of a difference it makes.
I feel like what makes a proper measurement has been reiterated many times on this thread: standing, ruler on top, penis parallel to the floor and perpendicular to the body. When people don't adhere to these restrictions they are stretching their body and manipulating angles to make their penis look bigger than it is. If we all standardize the way we measure, then we can all be judged on the same scale.
