Well, I just explained it in my last response. I'm not sure why you aren't understanding this.
You claimed that a penis in a picture was 11 inches long, but the picture didn't show a penis being measured. There was also nothing in the picture that could be used to make a comparison, not that that is a valid substitute for a real measurement. As a result no one can trust your claim of 11 inches, and no one can do anything but make a guess on the size of the penis in the picture.
When TinyPrincess said she was being nice with a guess of 8 inches, it means that she was being generous with that guess and making a guess that is larger than what she actually believes the size to be. It is being nice because she is being generous by estimating a size that is probably larger than what it actually is.
It's a pretty common phrase and concept, seems like you might just be trying to be difficult. Either way, it doesn't matter because the penis in the picture you provided is not measured. Check page one of the thread to see the details on what is needed when submitting an example.

Based upon what? There is nothing in that photo that would lend credence to an 11" measurement. Not even close. It's a very big cock, but much closer to 8" than 11".

This is actually why I posted the sleeve picture on the previous page. It is meant as an indication of how a real 10" cock would look.
The sleeve picture should also give you all an idea of why I'm always quick at "downplaying" many pornstars etcetera. I'm one of the very few who have experienced a guy almost like this in real life.
