U know u can't push further then ur pubic bone right? And the point of bone pressed is to press the ruler or measuring tape into ur pubic bone, that way the measurement will be constant.

Two comments.

Tape measurements often show a higher number, so not really a proper measurement. Use a ruler.

BP does indeed start at the public bone but allow for trickery. I have seen measurements on guys with average builds starting at the 4" mark. Sure you can choose to believe that the guy have a 4" fat pad or you can consider if he might have cut a bit of the ruler...

In studies they usually use a weight of 450g to have the correct stretch. If we open for stretched lengths then I'm sure some will be dragging their car after then to gain a little extra.

I actually do not know if you are being sarcastic or something similar, but that photo it’s an obvious fake (posted at least dozen times before) and terribly photoshopped.

While this has been posted before, I still don't see why this shoud be an "obvious fake". I agree it does look kind of weird and it might be photoshopped. However, I don't see any clear signs of manipulation. If it's a photoshop, then it is far from terrible. Last time it has been posted, people complained about the the shadow and the glans beeing not symmetrical. The head looks exactly like this in all of his pics and if the light source is at hip height, it would produce a shadow of this kind. Only thing fishy is the tape not bending down at the end, which coud have several reasons.
The guy has lots of pictures on reddit (see below) and they are quite consistent.
In my opinion this one hasn't been debunked (yet).
