Not true at all. Look at sdp on here for example. He can stretch to almost 10” NBP, but isn’t close to that erect. For others it’s the opposite. Their erect is longer than stretched. And for some it is the same. It’s not a sufficient proxy on any individual basis.

Well, the difference is that 10inch penis are indeed rare or actually non-existant , when real 9inchers do exist. However I agree with the idea that the longest penises on the planet are probably around 9.5 inches long and it is very unlikely for a penis to be over 9.8 inches long. I'm not sure a penis can naturally reach 25 cm.
I guess Mandingo, Danny D, Julio Gomez or Eduardo Picasso are still the hungest dudes around, I don't believe either of them reaches 10 inches. Irvine200fr also has/had a cock that was/is in the 10inch league, ballpark, but probably just a few millimeters below the 25cm mark.

Personally, I've measured my semi (not flaccid, but still kinda soft and pointing down) at 8-8.3 inches (20-21 cm, bone-pressed).
My cock at its hardest is definitely over 8 inches, I'd say 22cm at least - and although I know I'm longer than 99.99% of the population, there are dudes who are bigger than me.

You must be new to this thread and haven't read previous posts which specify exactly how a penis is to be measured for consideration in this thread.

Here are the requirements:

1. Stand up.
2. Place HARD ruler (no soft tapes) on TOP of erect penis.
3. Look down and read hard ruler for measurement.
4. Make sure you are reading inches and not centimeters.
5. Does is show 10 inches?
a. No. Then you are all done, no need to proceed further.
b. Yes. Then Post that picture(s) here and Tag in @TinyPrincess

She will then make arrangements to do any required verification/approval. If she is satisfied that submitted measured penis measures 10 inches or more, collect $10,000.
