I agree with this wholeheartedly. The circumstances could arise where we have a man who is already huge and decides to enlarge his penis and get to 10" NBP, but it is unlikely. You'd need someone who is in the ballpark of 9-10" BP, naturally, which is already a nearly non-existent pool of men. And then you'd need that person to be someone who has the time, energy, and resources to access and study PE materials and buy PE devices - that slightly shrinks the pool. Then, you'd need a guy who is so obsessed with size that he'll spend hundreds of hours and risk his penis health to make it a little bit bigger, even though it's already too big for most other people to enjoy. You're talking about a tiny, tiny fraction of men. As far as we know right now, the number is literally 0 men on the entire planet who fit these three criteria. If even one did, we'd probably see him here on this thread.
Just to explore the psychology of it a bit for people who aren't large-penis-havers: I'm nowhere near 10" NBP - I'm more in the 7-8" NBP range, usually on the lower end - but I am one of the very rare men who is both over 8" BP and silly enough to consider penis enlargement. And even so, I have zero desire to be 10" NBP. I've bottomed out on every woman I've ever had sex with, and most of them don't enjoy it. And I actually had one girl who literally could not fit my entire length in her, no matter how turned on she was or what position we tried (luckily, she liked being hit in the cervix, so...)
I'm not sure if I'm really getting the point across, so I'll state it as explicitly as possible: I'm insane. Some would say (although I'd disagree) that I'm suffering from severe body dysmorphia. And truly, I'm obsessed with being huge. I love having a huge cock, my size queen of a wife loves me being as huge as possible. But even so I think 10" NBP is too big to be worth pursuing. I'd hurt her, because 8.5" BP is already sometimes too big for her - why would I ever want to add about 2 more inches? And if someone as obsessed as me, who is willing to risk his penis health to grow girth, is not pursuing 10" NBP, who is?!

You can't think like a European here - who in their right mind would do porn when you have free education and 2k in social security for life...

To be fair, the average woman (and man that is) doesn't even have a fraction of the knowledge people have around here. Can't really blame them when even mass media spouts utter nonsense about sexual topics quite often.
