What the hell is the story with that?!!
They were wearing long shorts, not speedos like the natives! You could not see any "skin shade" through the blurr so they must have been blurring the bouncing? :wtf2:
I just don't see the big deal about not showing men's underwear. Speedos are a lot more revealing and you see them all the time.
They didn't blurr out those gawd-awful Globe Trotter shorts and they should have been banned!
I noticed earlier that the purple-haired dude had the top of his butt crack blurred too. WE ALL HAVE BUTT CRACKS! And his shorts were not down THAT far.
Edit: it DOES show the one dude has quite a left legged bulge and they did blur the one globe trotter's crack when he fell down.

I was really enjoying the mud volleyball challenge. It was funny that the blurs were mainly on the brothers! I agree with the earlier posting that maybe it was because they were enjoying seeing their competition across the net!

yeah the network seems to be hyper vigilant about standards and practices. they even censored sams white bunched up shorts where there was no chance of seeing anything. janet jackson's breast ruined it for all of us.
also did u notice the zebra couple didn't kiss on the mouth when they found out they were still in the race at the end, but there was a weird moment where it looked like they might and then he went for her cheek/neck instead? think CBS doesn't want to anger the racists in the audience? have they locked lips on camera before?

I noticed that with them blurring out the brothers' shorts too! I was wondering what was up with that. Maybe they were showing erections because of those "hot Estonian men" as they referred to them? :biggrin1:

I did notice that the brothers' shorts were blurred out, but I didn't notice Brian and Ericka not kissing at the end. I guess I just didn't think anything of it one way or another. I've seen many interracial couples kiss on TV before though, so I don't think it's that the network censored anything there or anything like that. (I do have to laugh at the term "zebra couple" though... :biggrin1

ya i have too, but i wondered if on this particular show they're just bending over backwards to not offend anyone. I haven't seen enough of the episodes this season to notice if they have ever kissed or had significant pda, other than occasional brief skin, the whole show feels painfully g-rated.
it almost seems as if the show likes to tease but then gets prudish about actually showing anything. and the gay pair are brothers, so they aren't going to be making out, so the show is family safe. has the race had a gay partnered couple as contestants in past seasons?

sam might be slightly cuter, but for my money dave is in better shape and the more masculine of the two. qualities i rate A+
anybody ever determine if they're full bros? they don't look all that much alike.

Brian doesnt kiss her because it would mess up her makeup. She made a comment before about still putting on her makeup and trying to look good even though she knows it will get messed up some during the day.
Dan and Sam are full brothers and Sam is definately the less flamboyant of the two. Dan flails his arms around and acts way more girly than Sam. All of my friends get together to watch this show and couldnt believe that the poker girls couldnt tell that Dan was gay from the start.

Yeah SAM and DAN are my faves ! I did like the globetrotters until they tortured that dumbass girl at the waterslide and then tonight really cant stand them . One of them not sure which made one of the bros fall and looked like it was on purpose then it looks like the bro did a move to counter him . It was hard to tell from a distance but it looked like bad enough sportsmanship on behalf of the Gtrotters for me to want them GONE !!!
I just watched it again in Slow-Mo, the Gtrotter went to grab one of the bros to knock him down and missed then lost his footing and on the way down knocked the bro out from under his feet and caused him to fall, then not sure if the bro kicked him or elbowed him cause it was too blurry but no matter what he would have deserved whatever happened. Then the ass plays it like it was the bros fault when the bros were in front and the Gtrotters were clearly behind them !

Yes, I too, am hoping that the two Globetrotters end up getting eliminated from the race. I considered the scene at the water slide to most definitely be one of VERY POOR sportsmanship by them. As for Sam and Dan on last night's show, it's too bad that CBS had to blur things out. I suspected the same, especially for Dan, in that he must have really been showing during that volleyball game, and the comment that was made about the Estonian hotties.
