I think this smells of Breitbart. A good democrat, Weiner. From what my limited Canadian ears hear. I'm not from his district, but how big a problem is this really. Is it even illegal? I mean I can google, and it's perhaps in bad taste but...something like this worries me when it happens down there.

It is another barf by Brietbart.
It was already reported by Weiner that his Twitter was hacked, and the woman that was sent the photo has made a statement that she never had any contact with Anthony Weiner. In fact, she never even saw the photo that was sent to her because it was already deleted. But why miss a good chance to smear someone even if it isn't true? The fact that news organizations even bother to let Brietbart on TV and open his mouth is ridiculous.

Ironically, something similar happened to a politician in Canada around the same time too. You should check that out. :)

I wasn't even sure he had lol, really. CNN has made no mention of him, nor BBC so far. Bill Maher may be in a tight spot as to how much fun he can have over this one. It's a comedy home run for an expert. I'd rather this foolishness than give a teabagger any airtime though. Weiner's a pro, and handled a producer pretty well today.

Anthony Weiner is my favorite congressperson. I love his rants on the House floor.

    You are funny.
One would think that is the first thing he might do.
But not if the person who did it was Tony Hotdog

the problem is that it is relatively difficult to pin down who hacked his account. If they knew what they were doing then they would have used a public computer and ran it threw a few proxies to throw off investigators. even after tracking down the location used to get into the account figuring out who actually used the computer becomes difficult ultimately it isn't worth the investment in resources to figure out who did it.

The media probably did it just to have something else to fluff up the news instead of the "uninvited where ever she goes" Sarah Palin, who now claims she's just on a family vacation bus ride.

They should just hire LPSG's own Pecker.
Every day he detects people with multiple registrations, gender faking, and using stolen pictures.
He has probably figured it out already.

You mean you don't regularly pack up the Winnebago to go to NYC and eat pizza with Donald Trump?

Weiner has so muddled the situation that he could be toast politically.

    I couldn't agree more!
Plus, in my book at least, he is one of the sexiest politicians around today. ANYTIME he wanted to switch sides....:adam4:

How ironic that both Andy Dick and
Anthony Wiener were both in the news
This week. Both stories involving some kind
    Of sexual interplay.

I agree that he has bungled this. Not sure if it will hurt him in his job, or his reelection thereto.

I could be wrong, but I think he'll come out of this pretty unscathed. If anyone should be laughed out of the town square it's Andrew Breitbart.

And don't get me started on that media whore, Sarah Palin.

And when it comes to Donald Trump, I think Gawker described him beautifully as the "tangerine-dipped social construct." Niiiice.

I just don't trust anyone who wears gray underwear. Might be a Confederate if you know what I mean.

No, I don't think he can get in any trouble professionally speaking. But with his wife, thats a different story. The biq question is why he didn't want the issue investigated. Its going to be though, because hacking into a congressman's stuff is a big time felony. And he couldn't deny it was him? It probably is, and I don't care. I think he is trying to protect his marriage, honestly.

As much as I can't stand him (the guy's just a red faced pound the table with your fist politician) I hate to see marriages ruined.
