When i was 20 I met a girl who was 17/18 (i forget).

Might i also add that those type of nipples that you pictured are known as Tuberous breasts in the plastic surgery world. Most women who have them hate them. But its a good thing someone loves them because they shouldnt have to have surgery just because someone else doesnt like them.

Your observation that puffy nipples might be the domain of the physically immature (age regardless) may well be true.

That would be such a shame (but I actually suspect that you and drifterwood may be correct on this as i've never encountered puffy nipples in full adulthood).
