This president will be like all the others in recent history, just glorified P.R.Which is of course how Muricans love their politics.

If you think there's no difference between this administration and our last one, you're really not paying attention.

Trump hid his calls with Putin. Now, Biden has access to them.

From b.c.'s post:

These conversations mainly with Putin may be the most damning of all Trump's records of his presidency.

All records in time will be released. Some may not be released until 20 or more years from now depending on if they include classified information.

It is the 20 or sometimes more years after a president leaves office when the "real" evaluation of a president begins. An evaluation, not based on public opinion or party evaluations.

Trump will be truly evaluated in due time. I predict that this historical evaluation will not be kind to Trump at all, instead be very damning.

There is no difference in any of the administrations, that was the point of the comment dear.
This one clearly believes in 'tick boxing's it's way through the years ahead.Biden is as big a media muppet as his predecessor.

Yeah, well, you think another four years of Trump would have been just fine; I don't. We don't have to agree, and fortunately, we won't find out.

The weekend news from the BIDEN PRESIDENCY:

Biden, reflecting on Senate acquittal of Trump, says 'democracy is fragile'

"While the final vote did not lead to a conviction, the substance of the charge is not in dispute. Even those opposed to the conviction, like Senate Minority Leader (Mitch) McConnell, believe Donald Trump was guilty of a 'disgraceful dereliction of duty' and 'practically and morally responsible for provoking' the violence unleashed on the Capitol," Biden said.

Why hasn't Biden fired DeJoy?!

A/B

I read in one of the articles (I may or may not have posted) that there is some technicality (a law, rule, or regulation) that supposedly protects DeJoy from direct dismissal by Biden, it has to come from the board, which is why the recommended solution is for Biden to replace 'em ALL. Sounds about right to me. "You don't want to remove a person who's deliberately attempting to sabotage the postal service, so I'll remove you all."

Why Biden Can’t Fire Postmaster General Louis DeJoy
.

Democrats... have pushed Biden to fire some or all of the current board members, allowing him to install a whole new slate of governors committed to removing DeJoy. This plan faces a major hurdle: Federal law allows Biden to terminate governors “only for cause.”

Democratic Rep. Bill Pascrell has argued that the president already has cause to fire the current board because it violated its legal duty to “represent the public interest.” According to Pascrell, the governors’ “refusal to oppose the worst destruction ever inflicted on the Postal Service was a betrayal of their duties and unquestionably constitutes good cause for their removal.”

Elections have consequences:

As they say, "...picture's worth a thousand words." In other BIDEN PRESIDENCY news:

ON THE FLIP SIDE:

Biden's refusal to go big on student loan relief is one of his first big stumbles as president

When President Joe Biden said Tuesday he was "prepared to write off" $10,000 in student loan debt, but not $50,000, he delivered a gut punch to the many young voters who turned out in historic numbers last November and heavily favored Democrats by a 2-to-1 margin.

Democratic Sens. Chuck Schumer and Elizabeth Warren have been pushing for the cancellation of $50,000 in student loan debt via executive order—a power they argue is within Biden's discretion because the Higher Education Act of 1965 authorizes the U.S. Secretary of Education to cancel student loans.
[And I bet some of y'all thought I'd NEVER post a story critical of President Biden.]
