Not quite there myself, but I've cut down to eating broccoli and chicken, about two pounds of chicken a day and about 3/4 pound of broccoli. I mix in some other odds and ends sometimes, a handful of mixed nuts, sometimes a cup of coffee, but I've got to say I've seen a good amount of my bodyfat being transformed to muscle. My weight has stayed the same these past few months, but I've gotten physically more defined and a fair bit trimmer around my belly, which is freaking cool.

Definitely the most interesting dietary idea of 2019, for sure. Seems to have helped some people who have food intolerances.

Paul Saladino MD is on it and he explains it as plants are on a different operating system than animals, so your body finds the nutrients in meat to be much more ready to be absorbed (bioavailable).

I love it! Are you seeing great results ?
Yes, lost 13 Kg (28 pounds), dropped from 23% body fat down to 13-14%, I prefer the way my face and body looks, more chiselled and lean, my cock looks way bigger against my slimmer body. My digestion is peaceful and comfortable, I used to suffer after eating. My skin is smoother, my mind is clear and more focused, I no longer have difficulty getting out of bed in the mornings.
On the down side, I am less sociable because I gave up alcohol and my diet is restrictive when eating out. I have had 3 cheat days , twice with Burger King burgers and once with vegan food, the latter gave me really bad gas and stomach pain. Being fat adapted is great for endurance sports but reduces performance for more intensive activities.

It is the ultimate elimination diet to discover whether a certain food disagrees with you, I recently gave up dairy which seems to have an inflammatory effect on me.
My goal is to get down to 10% body fat, then I might start adding foods to see how my body reacts, I'm pretty certain that my health concerns were caused by dairy but will wait to see if there are any improvements after 3 months of going dairy-free before adding anything to my diet.
