The Diet of a Courtesan
Breakfast
1 egg scrambled w/ slice Yellow American cheese (dash of pepper/no salt)
2 slices low sodium bacon fried soft
1 slice white toast w/smidge of butter and tsp. Welchs grape Jelly
12 oz cup decaf coffee-light & sweet (the same way I take my men)
.5 liter bottle of water

Fruit Smoothie Place 1 cup orange juice, ½ cup sugar, one handful each frozen: mangoes, peaches, mixed berries, one cup flavored yogurt of your choice in blender. Blend until smooth, pour into glass and enjoy whilst watching TV or driving to work.
Mid-Morning Snack (any one of the following) with a beverage
Yoplait yogurt: peach or French vanilla w/ pecan praline granola
Fresh seasonal fruit
.5 liter bottle of water
Lunch (any one of the following) with a beverage
Large salad w/grilled chicken & low fat dressing
Grilled cheese
Soup
Soup & a sandwich
2 large glasses decaf iced tea
Mid Afternoon Snack (any one of the following) with a beverage
.5 liter bottle of water
Fruit Smoothie (leftover from breakfast)
2 handfuls Planters chocolate covered cashews
Dinner (pretty much anything I want)
Chicken Parmigiana w/ spaghetti
Shrimp Pad Thai
Philly Cheese Steak w/sweet peppers, mushrooms, extra cheese & Lays low sodium chips
Cheese fries
Italian Hoagie (ham, provolone, cappicola, salami, pepperoni, lettuce, tomato, onion, sweet peppers & EVOO, NO VINEGAR, sprinkle with oregano)
1 lb steamed Alaskan snow crab legs dipped in lemon butter w/tossed salad
Chicken Alfredo
Grilled Chicken Fajita
2 large glasses decaf iced tea
Late Night Snack (any one of the following) with a beverage
2 large scoops Ben & Jerrys Chocolate Fudge Brownie Ice Cream sometimes with butterscotch sauce
10 low sodium Wheat Thins w/3 cuts Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheese
