Wow it's really beautiful you did a wonderful job. It's amazing how a pile of snow can ruin the curb appeal of any house. The fountain is neat; I love the sound of bubbling water. (Unless I have to go to the bathroom)

Builders nowadays crank out houses with little regard to the problems that weather can cause. Here in the Northeast, cold and snow must be a consideration. You don't want lots of windows or the garage door on the north side, and driveways should be designed with someplace to push the snow. Slate or metal roofs present special problems with the snow sliding off them.
