In the New Yorker magazine, there is a regular political satire column called The Borowitz Report. Sometimes, when someone posts one of them on Facebook I have to look twice. Satire is becoming reality.

Since two or three years you hear german satirists make the same joke ever again, always in different variations.
The core always is politics became satire.
In Germany we have a satire party called "die Patrie" "the Party". At the latest EU election they got 2.4% and could send 3 members to the parliament. If they reach 5% at the next national election they can join the German parliament.
