I think that the Dixie Chicks have a right to say how they felt about our President and about the conflict in Iraq. They weren't just a bunch of pussies. Those chicks had balls. They said what they had to say. If "country music" fans had problems, then it was surely theirs not the Dixie Chicks. Those girls have a right to express their frustrations. Americans should be able to communicate. To express themselves freely. No matter what.

At least The Dixies know who their true friends are.:smile:
They're the best at what they do. Professional all the way. And as for the war, they turned out to be right on about that too. Hell, I live in Austin, in this fast becoming blue state of Texas, and you can't find a Bush bumper sticker within 50 miles of this place and it's been this way for quite sometime now. Starting to see lots of 'Texan's for Obama' stickers though and lots of yard signs too. Saw them on TV a while back on a PBS channel giving a concert with interviews between songs and they were outstanding. I THINK THEY TOLD NASHVILLE TO GO TO HELL :nana:
