Plutocracies can not long endure.

I disagree. What the plutocrats have done is to take over services and commodities that you believe you can not live without in the modern world.

You don't want to drive that gas guzzler or heat your home in winter? Fine, don't buy my oil.

You don't want to treat that disease? Fine, don't buy my drugs.

You don't want to buy a house? Fine, don't borrow my money.

They have moved into food BTW.

China is developing it's middle class very quickly as can be seen from it's rising domestic consumption. Although the wealth gap is indeed increasing

Brazil is actually the "worst" of the four. Mainly due to the diverse ethnicities in the nation and geographic divide between them. Rich white people in the southeast, poor blacks/natives everywhere else.
