This procedure does not have a 100% success rate… ultimately some people will feel it was a waste of money. In fact, those who experience a positive outcome could very well be in the minority of those who have had the procedure.

Not everyone who feels that they experienced no positive outcome or even had a negative outcome comes forward and is “counted” as far as coming up with a real efficacy or success rate.
