I’ve found at times with an increase in girth, especially at my base, that my length gets a little less. I tried a stretcher, which seemed to help, but just didn’t seem to be worth the hassle. And once you get over 8X6, I dunno, I’d just go with the flow... unless you are in some sort of a competition.

I really want to get to 9. Seems like its a no go. Girth has diminished a lil as well. Was 6.1, but now its around 5.8. erections are a little softer as well.

I was getting 8.6bp soft erections. Now I'm getting around 8.25 or so. Should I just rest my dick or go harder?


Or maybe, just maybe. the human man can't measure 100% accurately and that's the issue? We aren't talking inches here, we are talking .-- inches here.

I rest every other day. I'm in my late 60's. my length seems to have shrunk unless I pump and jelq. my length can vary from 7.25 to almost 8". girth wise, consistently, my base girth is 6.7+" and my shaft girth is 6.5" . if my cock grew in length like it has in girth, I'd be 9" long. lol

yea and you ever notice that everyone on the internet has "9 inches" im starting to think thats the average and the rest of us are below...or theyre lying.


And then when they post "proof" with the ruler the ruler is jabbed in their lower stomach so tight it's hitting their kidneys....and everyone applauds like seals.

From my travels I learned it's all bullshit. To accurately measure a penis (self measure) is hard and most try to squeeze a few inches for vanity. This guy is claiming he is accurate to the 1/100 of an inch which is completely and utterly ridiculous.

I think keeping it stressed is where the growth is, but I’ve heard good things about training breaks

not regular breaks, but occasional, extended full recovery breaks. Then you have to slowly build back up to the intense level of training you were at
