The growing move to solo porn for adult content

I'm noticing a much larger proportion of adult online content to be by solo content creators now. Whether is it's OF, Sharesome, or even more of the traditional "produced" sites... The solo vids seem to have taken over. Much less couples sex. Sure I'm an older guy so my views may be antiquated but... It seems the online "metasphere" for social engagement has changed the landscape to solo sex. It get it's an easy revenue stream for the single content creator. But I kind of miss the couples (any gender combo works). Thoughts on this?

I think there are a lot of horny guys who like to show off but don't want to go to the extra work of finding a partner willing to pose with them. It's easy money to crank out a solo wank video.

And the same with the ladies. My Sharesome account is FLOODED with ladies solo self promotion vids. All of them are for pay accounts to follow. So I get the side hustle aspect. It's safer and you get all the revenue. But watching someone suck a dildo or ride one of those silicone torsos gets old. It didn't used to be that way just a couple years ago.

I do see more MM vids show up than MF ones. I know from experience it's much easier for a guy to hook up with another guy than with a female. Men are more transactional they way I guess. Maybe folks are mirroring their online "friendship" experiences? Many I think use social media as their outlet more often than real life these days.
