Yeah, pretty much. Seriously, the vast majority of women do not come from penetration alone. That'd be like expecting a man to come from a woman rubbing her clit on his balls. Sure, some could, but it's not where the nerve endings are.

Of course, if this is the case with your partner, then that's wonderful for her. But in my experience and in talking to my female friends, it's direct clitoral stimulation that brings orgasm. Some can do this while being penetrated, some prefer only the stimulation outside of penetration. Me, I prefer to come first, then have PIV intercourse, as it feels better after orgasm. Almost as good as orgasm, but not the same thing. However, I'm glad to read so many men dedicated to contributing to their partners' completion.
