The Habana Inn-Oklahoma City

Has anybody stayed in La Habana Inn in Oklahoma City? I have heard a few things about the place. It's a gay complex with a few bars

I heard its a hook up place but I also heard is can be a nice relaxing weekend away place. I heard it has gay clubs in and around the complex

Ive been a few times a couple of years ago...never actually stayed at the hotel...but visited the bars.

I've never stayed there, but there is a club inside the Inn (the Copa) that I've been to and had a great time there. It's on the corner of the gay district here in Oklahoma City. There are several clubs up and down the street to pick from, too.

It nice, moderately price: around $60. Two or Three clubs inside of it, depends on weekends, etc. Good Prime Rib in their restaurant. 2 swimming pools. It used to have a lot of cruzing....meet up with someone...go back to your/their room. Used to get wild aft 2am when they locked the parking lot down and ONLY guests were admitted. Meaning, you can also buy a pool-pass for one day without staying there. Bars, restaurant open to the public. It's a little gay oasis in a red-neck city.
i had a lot of fun there; almost moved there; then found out it was the same 50 or so people every time i went back. A lot of them wanted to move to Dallas, Austin or Houston. Hope this helps, it's only my opinion.

I have made the "walk of shame" at the Habana many times. It's fun.

It's an old Howard Johnson motor lodge. It's almost like a large outdoor bathhouse--some will lie in their rooms naked with the door ajar, others will sit in the window, and everybody at some point or another does the "walk of shame", cruising around and "window shopping".

Beware of some of the overt drug use and be sure and use condoms.

So the club... Awesome. The hotel decent. The walk of shame extremely hilarious... The creepers thrive in this place. Almost nobody under 40, and very few decent looking guys. I love the dance club. Really hot guys, cheap drinks, and nice atmosphere. I like the convenience of walking to my room after getting drunk, probably not hooking up with other guest but I wasn't expecting it anyways.

I've met lots of hot young guys there. It probably varies from weekend to weekend. One of the hottest weekends of the year is Great Plains Rodeo weekend. Ohhhhh baby!

Have to agree; I've been there on weekends latino describes, but I've also been there on Rodeo weekend---and it's amazing.

I have been going for a couple of years now.Every 2 months or so, definitely the peak is during the Summer months when the pool is going and the hotties like to hang out there. Every weekend is a surprise there, yes the same guys or crowds almost every weekend, but there are a lot of new faces and people who travel there from the surrounding areas. Definitely don't want to hook up all the time otherwise you end up with trolls but once in awhile you can find a hottie and have a great time.

I stayed ther one or two nights on my way out to Utha. i found out if your drapes are open it seems to be signal that thy guy in the room was looking to host. I had a good time and I would return if ever in the area again.
